heatherp1963 When you say the waist is 26'-- do you mean around the blazer waist or...is there a skirt too? Also...can you measure the waist across while it's flat? Thanks!

zazaglamor @heatherp1963 Hi the 26” is around the waist a little bit lower on the tight area. The fitted section of the blazer sits above the waist and the measurement is 24” flat.

heatherp1963 @zazaglamor how can the waist be 26 in circumference, when laid flat it's 24" across? usually a 27" waist is about 13-14" laid flat. I'm confused.
