Ruby & Bloom shoes - adorable white toddler shoes from Nordstrom. Elastic strap, and adorable pinhole print with bow. Size is listed as 8 M, but these were too small for my daughter. I think they fit more like a Toddler 6M. Check measurement below for inches. So cute, I wish they fit!
