Rubies Vintage Ghoulish Vampire Halloween Adult Mask.  I am not sure if the previous owner or the manufacturer  added the elastic  strap.  Pre-owned.  You are buying the mask ONLY, and not the black cloth under the mask. I believe that this is a latex  mask.  See photos for condition.      BP21
