Roz & Ali floral navy dress size 18W

Roz & Ali navy floral dress new with tags from Dress Barn. Please note the dress was modified and clamped to display on my mannequin. The dress has a tag from Dress Barn saying it’s 18W but the dress tag only says 18, so please be aware. The dress is loose fitting wit an A Line to give you a slimming affect. It has a long gold zipper to the back and is 38” inches long from shoulder to dress hem.
