Roz & Ali Blouse XS

Darling and unique blouse with tie sleeves and buttons down the back. It has a shirt, tail bottom, which is an inch or two longer in the back for extra coverage. The fit is more like a small rather than extra small in my estimation. This blouse is in perfect condition.
