cnstewart1182 @citygirl6 yeah, I guess it depends on your height & body type, if you fill it out more to where it makes it shorter. It's 30" from the top of the fabric to the bottom hem; the straps would add another 4-5". There are no tags on it, but it's a stretchy material, kind of like a bathing suit. I'm guessing a Spandex or Lycra & poly blend.
