Royal blue velvet with cloth lining metal zippered pouch

Beautiful vintage and homemade Royal blue velvet and cloth lining pouch. The saying Tempus Fugit, “Time Flies” is on one side and the other is decorated with old wrist watch faces. I personally would add a wrist strap and use it as a purse.
