Royal blue swim skirt

Like new no blemishes stains or defects. The skirt is a mini skirt so depending on your body the built in panties might show a little. It's bunched on the sides and across and ruffled on the bottom. Only worn a few times. I have the matching top in my shop if you’re interested in the set!
