Royal blue sparkle formal

Royal blue low back & deep plunge front size 14 prom pageant formal dress. Fits pretty true to size. All sparkle skirt with layer of tulle over it. Floor length Mary's style MP1142. NWT store sample in good sample condition. Has been tried on a few times in boutique setting. Bust 42.5" waist 33.5" some piling on bust needs hook at top of zipper (easy add)
