Royal blue semi formal dress

This short dress is so cute and easy to party in. It has a very unique color of blue and a lovely pattern on the fabric. This dress is incredibly comfortable and has built in bra pads. No need to worry about a lot of cleavage. The front is v neck style, but doesn't go down very low. The dress is knee length for me (28" inseam"), and the flowy design makes it much more comfortable in a hot dance room.
