City Triangles brand. Royal blue. Sparkly Beading on one shoulder. The shoulder with the sleeve has a slit in it. Fitted dress. Size L, which I think it a junior size L because it looks a little small to be a L. But it has stretch. See pictures for care label. Excellent used condition. Worn maybe once or twice. Smoke-free home. It was purchased somewhere like JCPenney or Macy’s.
