Royal blue maxi dress

Adorable royal blue spaghetti strap maxi dress with ruffle detail. It is stitched closed at the chest (factory stitching) so it’s not too revealing. There is a gap below the ruffle where there is no fabric but you cannot see anything the way the ruffle lays over it. It does have a second layer so it’s not see through. second layer is not full length. Great condition!
