Royal blue formal mini dress!

I’ve never worn this dress, but unfortunately doesn’t have the tags any more. It’s a gorgeous royal blue and the ruched fit makes it very flattering. The model picture isn’t the exact dress (the one I’m selling has thicker straps), but otherwise is almost exactly the same.
