Royal blue formal dress

This dress is royal blue with beautiful detailing. It has a sweetheart neckline and a cute back. I wore this for like two hours during a prom and that's it. It has no flaws and is in excellent condition. It is a size 10 but I got it tailored to fit my size back which was like 6. Since then I got it tailored back to its normal size so anyone could tailor it to their size. Please make offers! I am willing to negotiate.
