Royal blue, floor length plus size dress.

This is a blue size 32 dress that fits like a 36. I am 5’5 in this photo making the dress touch the floor. The top is full of sequins and the bottom puffs out. This dress has only been worn once by me and that was when I bought it two years ago (prom was canceled both years).
