Royal blue cocktail dress with leather accent

This dress is a bright blue cocktail dress with pleather accents on the shoulders and a gold zipper back detail. Falls mid thigh and has some stretch. Back is slightly razor back (thought not fully). Worn only once, great condition. Reasonable offers welcome!
