Royal blue and black lace look dress

Black and cream lace pattern with total blue on the sleeves and bottom. Hits mid calf and I am 5' tall. Never worn, tag still on it. I bought it from Zulily. 3/4 length sleeve with black leather band at the bottom of each sleeve and on the collar. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Machine wash and line dry.
