Royal blue Dress

Never worn dress from shein. It has cute scallop detailing around the arm holes and the bottom hem of the dress. There is a small spot near the bottom (see pictures) that was there when I got it. You can dress it up or down! I don’t have the measurements but I’m 5’4” and it comes right to my knees. Size is 5x (22-24)
