Royal Windsor Shaped and Fluted Teacup and Saucer in RWN15 # 22499

This is a white shaped and fluted footed teacup and saucer by Royal Windsor. It is pattern RWN15 and is shiny white with blue and white flowers with greenery. The rims and handle are trimmed in gold.
