Royal Standard - England - 3 Teacups with Saucers

Royal Standard - England - 3 Teacups with Saucers - Saucers are light blue with gold trim and gold circles inside with a cream center. Teacups are light blue with gold trim and cream footed and delicate handle. There is a marking like a number on the bottom of the teacups but I have trouble making it out. Can not be bundled due to extra packaging to avoid breakage.
