Royal Doulton Old Salt D6551 Large English Porcelain Character Mug

This gorgeous large character mug is made of porcelain. This lovely character jug is stamped as being hand made in England by Royal Doulton, the fine ceramics and collectibles company, see pictures. This piece is titled "Old Salt " with a style number of D6551 and is a beautifully sculpted and painted depiction of an interesting old sea captain, with a beautiful mermaid serving as the handle for the mug.
