Royal Blue skater dress with cut out

I absolutely love this dress it is so comfortable and the quality is amazing. I wore it to a wedding once but picked us up from another closet and made a slight repair. The zipper pool in the back was broken so I have slightly repaired that using jewelry wire and bead. Works perfectly and is secure!
