Royal Blue dress with beaded waistband

This dress is a royal blue spaghetti strap v-neck dress. It’s about Mid-thigh length. It has a mesh flare on the bottom to make the skirt go outwards. There is a beaded band around the waist. Worn only once for homecoming.
