Royal Blue Sequin Lace Formal Dress

Royal Blue Gianni Bini (Dillards Brand) Sequin Lace Formal Dress with sheer panels on the sides in the middle. Back out and it hugs every curve! It has never been worn (NWT) but has been in the closet for a while. The lace has the tendency to catch on it's own sequins and is a little fuzzy in spots. I attempted to photograph it in Picture #5. This has happened mostly on the sides though I am not sure why. Size 13 which is Juniors but will fit a size 12 woman. It's too short for me.
