Royal Blue Semi-Formal Dress

Royal Blue dress with a Deep V cut in the front and back. I sewed the top front a bit, but original hens are intact and it can be removed. Zipper in the back in intact as well. Worn once and bought from a boutique. Straps are adjustable as well but was taken up to support my shorter torso.
