Royal Blue Pencil Skirt w/Gold Detail

I have worn this skirt twice in two years. It has a slit on one side that can be open or snapped closed with the six gold snaps. I always got lots of compliments, but it doesn't fit me any more. It's a size 16, but has a little stretch to it, so it can fit many body types.
