Royal Blue One Shoulder Prom Dress

Beautiful beaded one shoulder royal blue prom gown only worn once. It has one strap beaded up to the shoulder with crystals that are also on the bodice. It's a size 16 but it fits up to a 3x comfortably. It has a lot of elasticity around the back of it, but it's not stretched out in any way. I went to prom my sophomore year in this and I was about a size 20 then and I know wear a 22 and it still fits. My friend who is actually a size 16 has tried it on and it fits her as well.
