Gown by Xscape has a sheer overlay across the front, becoming the single strap at the shoulder. The skirt overlay of the dress, which is also sheer, is pleated at the waist and then cascades into a flowing hem. There is a shirred back with zipper closure and built in bra. Size 0, but seems a bit smaller to me. 30 inches from pit to pit. About 24 inches around the waist, without much "give". 59 inches from top of shoulder strap to longest part of hem. Very flattering style, and lovely blue color.
