Caftan Royal Blue Hand Embellished fits 0-18

A vibrant royal blue with hand embellishments of silver and gold beading and sequins. Beading extends to the back. The inner slip has a tie at the waist so the Caftan can be worn at a variety of sizes, from about an 0 all the way to a 18 depending on your personal measurements.
