Royal Blue Halter Tie Smocked Woven Maxi Dress - size S (fits more like a 6) NWT I am a true Small. 36A, size 4, 27waist, 36 hips- 126 pounds, 5’5” The smocked section around the bodice (upper torso) was loose on me. Also I would have had to wear a wedge or platform so it didn’t drag. For that reason it didn’t work for graduation. I loved it and kept thinking I could get it tailored -but did not do.
