Royal Blue HM Divided Mini Dress Fit and Flare

This was so hard to photograph. The THIRD photo is closest to the true color. It's like a slightly lighter, BRIGHT royal blue. Gorgeous. Too small for me, so sad. Size 6, has a tiny bit of stretch. Long, blue zipper in back. Nice thin woven softly textured fabric. I call this my Sailor Moon dress, major Naoko Takeuchi art vibes. Worn once.
