Royal Blue Formal Dress

This dress is simply gorgeous! It has been altered, so although it says size 16, it fits a size 4-6 perfectly. It is imitation satin and has amazing flow. The dress does need to be dry cleaned, but other than that, it is in great condition! This color looks amazing on every skin tone.
