Royal Blue Cuffed Sleeve Sheath Mini Dress for Cocktail

New Want & Need women's medium cobalt blue dress with elegant sheer sleeves. Body of the solid dress liner also has a sheer overlay. The dip back has lattice detail. Originally purchased at Nordstrom Rack. New but has 2 issues. Buttons on sleeves are missing the string to 'button' them. Front has a thread snag. I left without cutting. Sold as is.
