Royal Blue Cotton Sateen Skirt, size XL, NWOT

This skirt was custom made for me, but I've had some changes in my body and never got a chance to wear it. The front is pleated, with a smooth waistband. Back of waistband is elastic. It measures approximately 29 inches in length, and the waistline, unstretched, is about 33 inches.
