Royal Blue Blouse with floral design

I got this at a boutique. Brand is Hot & Delicious.  I don't create the names, I just list them. Despite it's name it's actually a very unique, beautiful Blouse. Always got compliments on it. Light and flowing with a soft lining. 35% nylon, 65% rayon. Tie at waist. Stretch at back. Recently dry cleaned. EUC
