Royal Blue Beaded Prom

Royal blue prom dress with crystal detailing. It has a crystal studded halter neck line and would be perfect for any type of formal event. There are a few small light stains on the front as pictured. Brand runs small! I am usually a size 4 in formal dresses but was a size 8 in this one because of the fit.
