Please measure the waist side seam to side seam, also the length of the dress shoulder seam to bottom. Is this a super fitted dress? Any stretch? Thank you!

@rar1121 I took some pics of the measurements. 15in waist and about 35in shoulder to scalloped edge. When it fits correctly, I think it is supposed to complement the curves of the body but not be super form fitting. In my post partum body, however, it is complementing the wrong spots, lol.
