Royal Albert Cup

This beautiful Royal Albert tea cup and saucer set was made in England between 1970 and 1979. The set is pale teal blue and white in color with hand-painted gold leaves. Both pieces are marked on the underside with a Royal Albert crown mark and the words "Royal Albert, Bone China, England". The set is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The saucer has minor scratches at the center where the cup rests, along with slight wear on the gold trim surrounding the center. The cup doesn't have any scratches or gold loss. The round saucer has a slight upward flare, measuring approximately 5.5" in diameter at the top and about 2.875" in diameter at the base. The cup has a height of 2.25", with a top opening diameter of around 3.875" and a base diameter of about 1.75". The greatest width, from the outer edge of the curved handle to the opposite rim, measures approximately 4.75''.
