Roxy tube dress/strapless dress

Super cute mini dress with flowy skirt and stretchy tube ton like bodice. Chest has a pinched style and can be worn as a strapless dress or with the detachable strap. Busy area has a grip strip so the top never slides down. Barely worn, in great condition. Label says size large but this dress runs small— more like a true size medium.
