Roxy strapless dress NWOT

This dress is soft and faltering on… I purchased it at Tyler’s in Austin Texas out of impulse. The colors are subtle and vibrant. I am not wearing it. It can fit XS,S and maybe medium. I wear a 6 women’s frame not juniors and it fits me. Thought it would be perfect over swim wear or after.
