Roxy dress and/or coverup

This is a beautiful white and bright neons green yellow and blue/real color roxy dress! It's light enough to wear out on a nice summer or spring evening or you could throw it over a swimsuit and head to the beach or pool! The shoulder straps are also adjustable by just tying the straps in the back(see picture 2) It says extra large but it fits wayyyy smaller. More like a big small or medium!
