Roxy by Quiksilver Dress

NWT dress is new a Roxy by Quiksilver. Really pretty blue chambray lightweight material with cute white design. The entire dress has buttons to close and it also has a nautical like rope belt that ties around the waist. The famous “mountains and waves” Roxy emblem is embroidered under the collar on the back of the dress. The long sleeves button as well.
