Roxy Button-Up Tunic Dress

Button-up tunic dress by Roxy in blue/white print, size small. Banded collar, pintuck detailing, and half-length sleeves. I am unsure of the fabric content but it feels like cotton (no stretch). Flat measurements are: -top of shoulder to hem 30" -armpit to armpit 18" -sleeve length from shoulder 13.5"
