Roxy Blue Checkered/Plaid Summer Dress

2000s-style skater dress/summer dress/surf chic Would be perfect to wear over a bathing suit in the summer, or could even be work or school casual with a sweater! Purchased summer 2011, worn a few times but otherwise it’s been hanging in a closet! EUC Size medium, but able to be worn by S or XS. Thin elastic band at the waist and along back. Elastic is in great condition. Adjustable spaghetti straps (see photos). Measurements: From where the spaghetti strap attaches to the front of the dress down to the bottom hem: 28” From the dip in the neckline to the bottom hem: 28” (the bottom hem has a slight curve to it) No pockets. Waist Unstretched: 13” across (26” around) Waist stretched: 18” across (36” around) Across bottom hem: 22” across (44” around) Material: 100% polyester, a quick-dry sort of material similar to Nike running shorts
