Roxy 90s Style Hooded Cardigan Sweater

This is a perfect layering piece for chilly months! I've had this for a couple years, but never wore it. Thick hooded 3 button cardigan with deep V and 2 front pockets, longer tunic style like back in the 90s. Navy blue and pink pattern across the front that reminds me of a tire tread pattern.
