These are the most beautiful shorts ever and I would buy them again in a heartbeat but unfortunately I've outgrown this pair. I only had a chance to wear them once or twice and since then they've just been stored in my pet, perfume, and smoke-free home. I'd say these run a bit small. Best suited for XS/XXS

emma_jayne @zyiona Hello again, the waist measurement when laying flat is 11.5" across. :) The elastic is very stretchy but I'd say they are best suited for a true size XS or smaller. They fit me well when I first purchased and was size XS (I believe my waist was around 25"). I'm now size S / waist size 27" and I can get them on but they look and feel too small. I hope that helps! :)
