Rouje Uma jeans in black in size 38

Purchased in pre-owned condition and I never get to wear it, so it is still in excellent condition. Please noted that I have it shortened a bit for my petite frame. I am 5”3. Waist: 13.5” Rise: 11” Inseam: 24” It is size FR38, but it fits smaller IMO, would fit a size 2-4 at best.
