Rouje Red Blouse (like Merida top)

Rouje red top, similar to the Merida top (but is a slightly different style). This blouse has a tie detail which allows you to pull and ruche the fabric down the center if you desire. There are slight puff sleeves and a zipper on the side which allows for a clean tailored look. Classic Parisian style. French size 38; fits like US 4 in my opinion.
