willowresale @posh01234963 The fray is the bottom of the legs. It's a raw hemline, so it's frayed a little. The threads can be cut off, I just never got to it. I will upload a couple more pictures of that. I have not hemmed them, but I'm the second owner. As far as I can tell, all the stitching matches, so I don't think it has been altered. They are a crop style, the inseam is almost 19.5". Let me know if you have any other questions!
