Slip out insoles. Toss insoles and shoes in the wash with cold water. Air dry. No heat, please. Forms included to help them keep their shape. These are photographed as worn - there is no damage at all, they have only been worn a handful of times. I can wash them before mailing or you can do that upon receipt and they will be absolutely perfect!
